Artist Services/ Publishing Services

We offer two programs for artists/gallery owners who are looking to publish limited edition Giclee's. Below you will find a brief description of both programs along with several of the advantages to professional publication and some general observations based on our extensive experience in the artmarket.

Program One:

We have printed many limited edition prints for artist's and other publishers. Our number one objective is a cost effective top quality product. If you are in the market to publish your limited edition prints, then you might be surprised by how much we can save you. Some of our highlights include:

- Quality archival paper or canvas. All works are UV Coated for added protection.
- Minimum setup fee. Setup fee can be as low as $0 per image
- Excellent pricing. We offer one of the best pricing structures in the industry.
- Low minimum quantities.
- State of the art printing. We offer some of the highest quality printing in the market - don't take our word for it - give us a call and we will forward you a sample pack.
- Proofing of image(s) prior to printing. Delivery anywhere in the world for all proofs and prints.
Program two:
This program was specifically designed for the artist who is looking for a cost effective way to produce limited edition prints.
We are interested in publishing the limited edition prints of an accepted artist for free.

That is about as cost effective as it can get. You must be wondering what the catch - and there is. The catch is simple, we spend our hard earned dollars on producing your limited edition prints and for that we receive 75% of the final product (Signed and numbered by you, of course). You receive 25% of the final product free, at no cost to you. The benefit is obvious, we take a gamble on your ability and for that you receive 25% of the final product for FREE. The other benefit for you is that any money we spend in selling our portion of the limited editions will increase your exposure in the artmarket. We will have a limited number of prints, while you on the other hand will be able to produce artwork for years to come. Other conditions with relation to the original works apply and vary from artist to artist.

We are accepting a limited number of artists for this program, so if you have an interest in this publishing program then please give us a call.
We will need some sort of images of your artwork, i.e. photograph, scan,... to determine whether or not we feel your art is best suited for the type of customers we normally sell to. This program is by acceptance only, but the good news is, if you are accepted then there are not any hidden charges, fees, or costs. Call us today (239)-910-2803 or click below to send us an email:

Advantages of Professional Publication

Professional publication of prints offers several advantages that an artist/gallery owner should consider.

1. Professional publication vs. Self publication. As with anything else, there is a learning curve involved in publishing prints. This curve deals with everything from color correction of images (an art in itself), to which paper is the best to use ( there are 100's of varieties of paper, all of which print in a slightly different manner - in other words, a paper that is great for pastel for example, may be a poor choice for printing). The bottom line is that we take care of all of the hassles involved with print publication from choice of paper, to color correction, to actual print production, to uv coating of all prints.

2. Avoid exorbitant set up charges. Initial set up for publication of prints can be quite expensive. Our first equipment/software set up ran close to $30,000.00. That was before the first print was even published! That didn't even include the months spent on color correction and exploring the different printing ranges of various papers.

3. Chart of potential Profit of prints

Type of Print Quantity per edition Cost per Print Selling price per print Profit per print Total profit per edition
Paper 195 45 $200.00 $155.00 $30,225.00
Canvas 195 60 $300.00 $240.00 $46,800.00

4. Professional publication assures you of a top quality print to sell to your customers. Quality is an issue that every artist should be concerned with. The higher the quality a print, the more the product will sell itself. While packaging can always be an important factor in a sale, such as matting and/or framing (both are services that we can provide), it is nice for the artist when the quality of the print itself is such that it doesn't need any special packaging.

5. Why should you choose us over another publisher/printer?
As we mentioned above, we primarily sell prints. We are happy to provide samples so you can clearly see the quality of prints that we produce. Beyond that, we are intimately involved in the art market on a regular basis and are very aware of the quality and feel of prints that collector's are purchasing. Our advice and knowledge in this area can prove invaluable to an artist who is stepping into uncharted territory with publication of limited edition prints. Don't trust your publications to someone who has never even sold a print to a collector.

General Notes and Observations:

In terms of print size, we generally like to keep to around 13 x 19 inches. There are several reasons for this. The most important reason is that most people only have a certain amount of space on their walls to hang artwork. As we are primarily sellers of prints, we have found that it is easier to sell the collector several smaller works that they like, rather than one large work. With a smaller print, there are more choices with regards to hanging locations, the print is less expensive to frame, and with a first purchase of an unknown artist (unknown to the collector at least), a customer would rather not take up a whole wall with a work. The second reason has more to do with production, a 13 x 19 inch print is not only more economical to produce, it is easier to handle (including moving the prints around, storage and shipping of prints). The last reason we like to keep to this size is the large variety of paper types and canvases available in addition to the production time on a 13 x 19 inch print is about 1/4 of a 36 x 36 inch print. We will print large format 30 x 40 inches or more by request only and additional charges will apply. With regard to large format prints, we will only publish large format prints in association with program one above. All prints are proofed and signed off on by the artist prior to production. We do not run the edition until everyone is satisfied with the color, clarity and depth of the print. In addition, all works are UV coated for added protection and long life.
