1. How to Navigate this site. |
| The navigation bars on the left and along the bottom of each page may be used to navigate this site.To view our artists we carry, follow either the "shopping" link or the "artists" link at the bottom of the page. When you click on an artist, you will be taken to the artist main page which features artist works and a biography. Photos with links may be followed to specific items or categories of items by that artist. On the left hand navigation bar, any sub-categories available for the artist (i.e. lithographs) will be shown - you can use these links to navigate to all of the products available in that subcategory. For any search, simply type in the "Keyword(s)" and click submit query for results. |
2. How to Place an Order |
| A order may be placed in two ways: |
| Simply add products to your basket, and when you are finished, click on the checkout link on the upper right hand side of any page. You can check you shopping cart contents at any time by clicking on the basket icon located on the upper navigation bar of any page. |

3. Shipping |
| Most orders are shipped within 24 hours dependent on inhouse quantities of a particular item. Back order items take an average period of 2-3 business days. If you have a concern with the availability of an item, please contact us via email or phone so we may address your concerns. |
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Overnight service is available on any product available in stock. USPS and Fex ex can also be requested as carriers of choice.
We are happy to waive our shipping charges and use your fedex or ups account to ship your purchase. |

Five Year Authenticity Guarantee |
| Each item is accompanied
by a Gallery Certificate of Authenticity and in varying cases,
items are accompanied by any original paperwork or publication
information that came with the work. Each item we sell carries
a five year guarantee in writing on the reverse of each gallery
certificate. The reverse of the certificate clearly outlines
our five year guarantee. Some works are also accompanied by
copies of the catalog raissone information showing all information
relating to the work purchased. |
Return Policy and Review Period |
| Besides the authenticity
guarantee that is listed above, we do offer a standard return
policy and/or review period. On every item we sell, you have
three days from when you receive it, to look over the work
and make sure that it is everything you had hoped for. If
it isn't, call us to let us know that you aren't happy with
it and then ship it back. This review period is for any work
purchased and does not relate to the five year guarantee policy
listed above. Once the review period has passed, only a return
relating to the five year guarantee listed above may be returned.
Our number one goal is to satisfy you with your purchase.
If you are not happy, then neither are we. We understand that
it can be difficult to purchase an item without physically
being able to touch it and feel it prior to your purchase,
so we take the risk out of the purchase. Our commitment to
our customers and the descriptions of the items we sell is
solid. |
Upgrade |
If you are looking to upgrade a purchase that you have made from us in the past, we are willing to give you full purchase price paid towards the purchase of another item. Regardless of the time that has passed, we are willing to "buy back" a purchase made from us towards another purchase (assuming that it is in the same condition as when purchased, of course). There aren't too many galleries who offer this kind of service. |
